The foundations of Armador & Sege Construction were laid in 1987 with our first major development, Beyazgül Villas, in Kuşadası, Aydın. Following the successful completion of this prestigious project, consisting of 163 triplex villas built on a 24,450-square-meter site, we brought our commitment to quality construction and customer satisfaction to Ankara, where we continued to grow and expand our legacy of excellence.
With developments such as Milenyum Site, Yağmur Site, and Barış Site in Çankaya Yaşamkent and Çayyolu, we contributed to shaping some of Ankara’s most distinguished residential communities.
